Right on! We wish we could lay it all on our genes as responsible for our overweight, but it just ain´t so. Sure, genes provide a partial contribution to our obesity, but NOT all of it. The same can be said for all "inherited" mental and physical factors in our lives. We are always here, in our flesh, and responsible for our actions. Let´s say that the genetic side is represented by a group of tendencies, but they are not obligatory. We always have our own free will. Stop eating those burgers and french fries!
