Raw food diet is based on consuming food at its utmost natural form (all-organic) such as unprocessed and uncooked fruits and vegetables, grains nuts, etc.
People exercising this diet believes that heating (not cooking) above 46 °C (115 degree Fahrenheit), food would lose its nutritional value along with enzymes that could help our body in absorption of nutrients.
