Once we launch into a raw food diet, we start craving the things we left behind. Things like meat, coffee, sugar, etc. It seems these will always be with us. Not really! They can be beat and Bin Du here tells us how. First off all, substitute! Find foods that look like or taste like the craved food. We have Soy textured meat that tastes like beef and pork, etc. Of course we have honey for the sugar, the diet does not allow any other substitute.
