Natural health secrets is primarily an alternative health blog that focuses on heart health. It is all about diet, supplements, toxin and anything that affects heart health. It emphasizes scientific research studies that demonstrate alternatives to drugs and surgery as remedies. Medical doctors and cardiologists who favor alternative medicine are often quoted.
Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?
I am trying to created interest and education regarding the # 1 killer in the U.S.A., heart disease. There is no sales pitch but opportunity for free information on the site and optin for a free report.
What blogging platform do you do and why?
Wordpress. It is easy to use, robust and with many useful plugins.
What do you blog the most about?
Coronary heart disease and highly successful remedies that are cost effective and without use of drugs.

Spam posts that just try to get links and do not prove valuable information.
